Dear Bruce and Sarah, I can honestly say that I was amazed at the results of The ReJuvenators cleaning systems. I have been power scrubbing the tile floors in my home every two weeks in my home for years. I felt I was doing a decent job but over the years the tile and grout both got progressively darker, especially out on the lanai. After the free demonstration I could barely wait for you to do my whole house and lanai. The results far exceeded my expectations. The tile, the grout, and especially my natural stone 'listello' looks amazing. The shower enclosure fight has been won and my carpet looks great too ! We had just moved in to our house when we realized that the grout next to the baseboards was much lighter than in the middle of the rooms. We called The ReJuvenators! Their highly trained and knowledgeable staff quickly solved the situation. The tile and grout, which come to find out had years of soil build-up, was restored to a like new appearance and it was dry almost immediately!! Seeing is believing!!! I thought tile was the perfect floor covering till our grout started to get dirty. Until then, I loved our tile! Everyone I know is installing laminate floors to get away from grout lines; but that’s not a perfect product either. Our dirty grout was embarrassing, and I knew there was bacteria on the floors that I could not get clean. On top of that, I had no idea who to call or trust. I wanted someone in our home that would respect our belongings, and maybe even be polite. I thought that was too much to ask, but we worked hard for what we have. I heard stories about too much water on the floor lifting tiles, so I was afraid to hire anyone for fear we would get someone without proper training. So, I struggled, trying to clean our floors, but nothing worked. I knew I was not getting the job done! I saw exaggerated commercials on TV and didn’t believe them. So…We took a chance and tried your company; we are thrilled with how good the floors look again….and you were a pleasure to work with too. If you can please both of us, you can please anyone! Your system/new generation equipment is truly remarkable. Thank you for giving me back a home I can be proud of again! Our next project is to have you clean the tile in our shower. Dear Bruce, I am writing to tell you how thrilled we are with our "new" tile floors. When I called you to clean the grout throughout my whole house I never suspected that my tiles were so dirty. They were washed once a week with vinegar for seven years. I thought I had light and dark beige tiles. My husband did not even want me to clean the grout. He likes things to look antique. We both could not believe the way you restored the tiles and grout to the color they were when installed seven years ago. I comapred them to some extra tiles that I had in the garage. One of my friends asked me if I had my grout redone. It looks brand new. I could not be happier and my husband keeps saying ow great it looks. I would surely recommend you. Dear Bruce, Cleanliness is next to Godliness. At our pre-school having he floors clean is very improtant! And you cleaned the floors like they have never been cleaned before! Bruce Ives, owner of The ReJuvenators Tile and Grout Cleaning Professionals, recently worked magic on the tile floors at the John R. Wood Realtors office in Bonita Springs. After seven years of neglect the office tiles were dull and the grout had turned from cream to a dark grey. In no time Bruce was able to restore the tiles to their original shne and the grout to a bright cream color. To minimize disruption Bruce arranged his schedule to complete the work after normal business hours. The results were amazing enough that I had The ReJuvenators clean my home tiles the following week, and it turned out great too. I highly recommend The ReJuvenators!
